Pastor Orlando Derrick Jordan, Jr. is the proud Senior Pastor of Resurrection Community Church located in the Avondale Meadows community of Indianapolis, IN. He has an extensive history of scholastic achievements, and certifications.  
Currently Pastor Jordan sits on a number of boards and committees: His anointing and experience has gifted him with an ability to help young, new Christians and those seasoned in Christ to prepare for, adapt to and experience transformation spiritually, economically, professionally, and socially in accordance to the Lord.

The Chairman of the Trustee Board at Resurrection Community Church serves as a committed spiritual leader, trusted advisor, and faithful steward of the church’s resources and facilities. Working closely with the Senior Pastor and fellow trustees, he provides leadership in financial oversight, property management, organizational accountability, and the advancement of the church’s mission.

Pastor Marcus Spurling serves as the Youth Pastor of Resurrection Community Church, where he is dedicated to helping young people grow in their faith, discover their God-given purpose, and develop a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Through biblical teaching, mentorship, worship, and engaging ministry opportunities, he provides leadership that encourages youth to live boldly for Christ. Pastor Spurling is passionate about building the next generation of disciples, leaders, and community changemakers.

Created and maintained an excellent financial controls, policies and procedures. Ensure efficient functioning and documentation for all financial systems including receipts, disbursements, billing, bookkeeping, budgeting and accounting. Supervise the Office Manager and oversee accounts receivable and payable. 

Provides dynamic leadership and oversight to short and long- term projects that help those in need locally, nationally and globally; the director supports members and guests in their faith journey by identifying opportunities to grow through service. 

The Minister of Music is the voice of leadership on the platform that helps to run the rehearsals, navigates the band through musical transitions, and fuels the worship leader with clear ideas that can create a moment where people can interact freely with God.
